Annual Membership Meeting held at the 2014 Pinnacle EMS Leadership Forum July 21-25 at the Westin Kierland Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona
The membership meeting is on Tuesday, July 22 from 3:30-4:00 p.m. You'll receive an update from the Board on the activities of the association, including leadership competencies, national advocacy initiatives, special projects, new education offerings, the field training and evaluation program (FTEP), and our new leadership textbook. We'll also provide an update on the status of the proposed merger with the International Association of EMS Chiefs. The conference is a great opportunity to meet the leadership and learn about opportunities to volunteer on a variety of committees that support not only the association but also the profession.
The Pinnacle conference attracts 500 to 600 leaders from every size agency and from every model of service delivery. NEMSMA has partnered with Pinnacle not only to hold its membership meeting but also to facilitate the Pinnacle Insights roundtables prior to the meeting and to assist with program development. NEMSMA members are eligible to receive a $50 discount off the main registration by using the code P14NSAVE50 when registering. Participants are also eligible for the special Pinnacle rate of only $139 at the Westin Kierland Resort, a beautiful 4-star facility that is extremely family-friendly and convenient to Phoenix's Sky Harbor International Airport.
