The National EMS Management Association Board of Directors elections are right around the corner. Several seats on the Board of Directors come up for election each year. This year's elections will be held in November with nominations to open on Monday, October 9th, 2017.
We are looking for engaged EMS leadership who are interested in making a difference on a national level and would like to serve on the NEMSMA Board of Directors. On October 9th you will see additional communications from NEMSMA regarding qualifications required to run for the Board, responsibilities of Board Members and information on next steps if you are interested in running for an open position. We encourage all members to review the qualifications and responsibilities and consider becoming more involved in the Association.
For those who may not be ready to run for the Board of Directors, there are several other roles which need membership participation, such as committee members and committee chairs. These roles do not require election to the position and if you are interested, or want to find out more about the different possibilities, please feel free to contact the Committee’s Board liaison at any time.
